Different types of massage, 3 power levels, and three heat levels on the knee (I have set it to maximum). When I touched it with my hand, it was super hot, but on my knee, with thin pajama pants on, it felt comfortable. And considering the price of the machines they sell out there and the price of this one, I recommend it without hesitation.
