Box was damaged but the massager was intact, luckily. The 2-speed button massage function works via a European electrical plug. The plug for the machine is also included. I hope it lasts because I would like to use it every evening after work for at least 10 minutes on my neck for cervical pain relief.

The product is good. The length of the sleeves is a bit short but the bad thing was the TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM ECOSCOOTING. For the past 3 weeks I have been having issues with the same delivery person who refuses to go upstairs or says they will leave it at the entrance. It says there's no one there when I was at home all day. And after the 3rd "attempt" they left it at a pickup point without consulting me. I have already called and made complaints about 5 times and they do nothing. They even answer the phone reluctantly. A SHAME. I don't know if I should continue buying from AliExpress as this mediocre shipping company keeps coming up.

Good massager. Powerful motor, doesn't get stuck at the slightest pressure. Does its job well. The quality of the replacement part is good, will last for many years. The mesh on the rotating parts is also of high quality. The only downside is that it glows red but doesn't heat up at all. You can live with this) delivery in a week.

After use, the massager is effective on the lower neck and upper shoulders, and it heats well. A little tip: use it with a bath towel on your shoulders to avoid irritation from tissue damage. The motors lack a bit of power but it gets the job done, I really recommend it if you have knots at the bottom of the neck, it works very well.

Received it and smiled... haha haha The one I used before was half the size, half the strength, and it's enough for massaging the neck, calves, and thighs (a bit small for the shoulders...). It's exactly half the size of what I've seen a lot in Korea, only suitable for thin areas. Buttons - Power Button, Rotation Button, Strong-Medium-Weak Button = Wave Button is the Pump Button Recommended at half price I lean it against the back of my computer chair and turn it... It's useful.
